It connects your IMAP/SMTP mailboxes, trains an AI on your own knowledge base to send smart auto-replies, runs email & SMS campaigns and automations, and manages every contact as a full CRM — all from your WordPress dashboard.

Because you host it on your own WordPress site, there are no per-seat fees, no monthly SaaS bills, and no customer data leaving your server. Install the plugin, connect a mailbox, and run your entire email operation from one place.

Requirements

MailTrixy is a standalone WordPress plugin — no separate server application is required.

• WordPress: 6.0 or higher
• PHP: 7.4 or higher
• Mailbox: any IMAP/SMTP account (Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365, Yahoo, Zoho, or your own cPanel host)
• WP-Cron (or a real server cron) for mail fetching, campaigns, workflows, and drip sequences
• PHP IMAP extension enabled on the server for inbound mail fetching

Some functionality depends on external services such as AI providers, SMS gateways, payment gateways, and CRM / automation platforms.

Supported external services may include OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini, Mistral, Groq, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Cohere, Ollama, Twilio, Vonage, Plivo, Stripe, HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, Zapier, Telegram, WooCommerce, Contact Form 7, and Gravity Forms. These services require separate accounts and may involve additional charges.

This item does not include third-party API keys, credits, subscriptions, phone numbers, or service fees. You bring your own provider keys. All external service costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
